How to just lay it on the line?

I have been talking to this one girl online. We had plans to meet before but unfortunately it fell through between both of us. I said we should do something again soon and she agreed and gave me her number. The other day I asked a few questions and she answered but then when I asked about hanging out she didn't reply. So now I'm wondering if she changed her mind. I am wanting to just lay it on teh line and ask if she has any interest at all. What's the best way to sya this without looking aggressive or desperate?

YOu asked her about hanging out. She avoided replying. Isn't that pretty clear? Back off and see if she asks you. Keep asking her is not going to work is it?
