So there is this guy I've known for two years. The first year we were reallly close. The second year we just stopped talking. That killed me. So at the end of the year I gave him a note telling how I feel. He told my best friend that he wanted to talk to me, but my phone has been taken away. I miss him and I need to know a way that I can talk to him. Please help me.

Uhh. Go to a friend's house and use their phone to call him. Or play telephone. Ask a friend to ask one of his friends to tell him you want to meet up somewhere. Like at a nearby park, Starbucks, mall. Where did you meet? Try getting together with him there.
