My fiance's father is sick what should I do?

The story is quite simple, i fell in love with a girl, got engaged and now we are very happy. The twist is, she lives abroad so we don't see each other often we talk all the time on skype and texts and everything is going well. A couple of days ago her father had a medium level heart attack and shes obviously upset and worried but shes not showing any of this to me and seems quite distant and cold. Now i understand this is quite normal when someone is distressed I would just like to
know what the best course of action is. I've sent her messages like if you need anything don't hesitate to ask, however i seem to not be helping so I have been
giving her space and time to herself and have applied no pressure. I don't really know what to do. I've never been good at comforting people.

You're doing the right thing. If you've reached out and she's drawing back, just give her space.

It seems as if her father requires a triple heart bypass and she seems to want me to help somehow, however I'm dumbstruck when it comes to what i should say.
