IMO nope. But others think it's ok. To me flirting is a means of expressing interest in someone and if I am in a relationship I don't do that and wouldn't want that done to me.

Depends on the type of flirting - if its 'innocent' - i.e. not going anywhere. If he's leading a girl on to the point she thinks something is going to happen then no that's just silly. If its a bit of banter with a mate, work colleague, etc, where its just part of their platonic relationship then its fine. If you've got any concerns, just talk to the guy or try and get to the know the girl.

Flirting while in a relationship is acceptable if your girlfriend doesn't mind. While in a relationship you should care about your partner feelings. With most of girls, it's acceptable flirting with your friends or colleagues when you just want to make some fun and don't cross the line. Flirting is usually verbal. But when it escalate to body language like a touch, a hug or a kiss, it maybe hurt your partner.

but i think if its your guy and you dont like, you should tell him.

cause some girls dont like and others dont care.

i think my self that he can be nice but not flirt.
cause flirt is something that catch others attention to go for more.
and he may flirth for fun, but you dont know what is going on in the other woman body.

so dont start a fire if you cant deal with it.
