At night I kept thinking about her, my stomach tingles a lot and my heart aches all the time. I cannot sleep. Sometimes, when I think about her, I even cry. So, what should I do?

I'm sorry man but in anyways, in one month, you shouldn't develop such strong feelings. I am afraid that she doesn't have as strong feelings as you do, things are already biased.
You should cut this and I am afraid that the best way to do this is to stop to think about her at all. Don't see/text/fb/call her. Forget and move on. Be strong.

Stop obsessing over a girl you really don't intimately know. I think you are just bored with your life so you indulge in these feelings to get a high. How about challenging yourself and learn something new like taking up guitar or play a sport...join a club. You need to get a life so you don't preoccupy yourself with daydreams.
