My name is Jane and I'm going through a griefing period. I've been on and off with this guy for 2 years. Things were so good for awhile but then he started telling me he is seeing someone else. I was curshed. I cried for days. I hardly eat or sleep. I started a blog as an emotional outlet.

I find that it's been helpful.... I have also been talking to my friends, those who are still willing to listen.... LOL
