newbie!!

Hi all, I'm new to this site.. I found it whilst looking for some advice.

hear goes; for the passed four months, me and my boss have been texting one another constantly, from the moment I wake up I find text messages on my phone from him, till I go to bed (this is on my days off) back in November I was on a night out with some friends and we bumped into one another, anyway after a few more drinks me and my friend went back to his house and stupidly enough me and my boss kissed.. ever since then my feelings for him aren't just on a professional level anymore, I've fallen in love with him so much it hurts.. he has just come out of a relationship and I have too, we flirt constantly.. but he calls me a close friend? it hurts because he is so much more than that to me. one minute we can be fine with one other; two weeks later he's actin off with me, one minute he's actin like he wants me and the next he acts like he doesn't even want to talk to me. he's sending me mixed messages from left right and centre and it's confusing me!!!

is this me reading to far into it or is he leading me on? I know I'm gonna get hurt in the end, I can feel it.
