My story:
A girl that i knew liked one of my friends, and she told me about it. She asked me if i could check if my friend liked her too, but in a way that wasn't suspicious. The time was passing and i was constantly updating his situation, but she never got the courage to propose to him. At that time i liked one of her friends too, so we made a pact that stated: if one proposed, the other would do the same.
I was the first to move and got rejected . Then she did the same and got rejected too.
After that we felt bad and started to talk more between us about our feelings.
Now, 4 weeks have passed since, and i forgot about the other girl and started to like the new one.

The problem:
Should i say that to her, or is soon to do it?
Would her closest friends talk trash about me if i did that?

I apreciate any opinion.
