I just dont understand why she showed so much interest and chased me for a month before we went on a first date. And even after that, 2 weeks were perfect. But then everything changed - like she was a different person. She is really emotional unstable i think...?

Just because she lost interest in you doesn't make her unstable....nice try fry guy. You probably didn't measure up to her ex or she found someone else she likes better, or you didn't turn out to be what she had expected or she found something about you she didn't like or she is still interested in her ex. Oh well she changed her mind.....shit happens because life happens.....time to let it go.

You didnt really help my with getting a closure with last comment. One thing is for sure, she isnt over her ex and no matter what I have done i was/would be a rebound. I guess it wasnt meant to be.
