I just got my windows 8 and I'm already having problems. When I turn it on it goes to the display before it ask you to enter your password. I won't pull up. I've tried ctrl alt delete and everything. I've removed the battery. What's wrong with it is it hibernating or a sleep or is the mouse locked

I find it very ironic that someone with a supposed laptop repair URL in their Location would not know where to go for support..

...oh, and what's wrong with your laptop is that it has Windows 8 installed, combined with a PEBCAK error.
