They speak Azerbaijani in Azerbaijan (country in the Caucasus). It's similar to Turkish I think.

OP, no matter how often you and this girl talked, you never met in real life. Therefore she was never your girlfriend. You need to meet a person in real life in order to have a relationship with them.
