Day 1: hurt and confused; can't get him out of my head

I feel so weak. I want to get up and do something but i can't. and i m scared.
I want to delete his number off my phone so i stop watching if he's online, but i cant get myself to do it.
I keep thinking about what if nothing happened yesterday, we would have been still together.
I feel like I can't face anything. I dont want to live with this heartache anymore. what should I do?

You didn't give too much info.. But I would talk to a friend, mom, or someone else that u really trust and respect and talk everything out. It may make u feel better and understand everything better

That's because i said the whole story in another thread. anyway, thank u. that is the logical thing to do, but im mostly worried about the days to come and my future without him. cuz everything is blank for me now.
