Whoa... That mental image is about the most frightening thing I've had happen to me for a while... o.o

For me, the worst thing I've ever witnessed was someone walking their child on a leash.

It was first day in Greece on island KOS. Near the Salt lake. Kinda fat welcome and it was actually funny. We bursted with laughter. Hippo just rolled on stomack and didnt even bother. So did we just continued talking. After a while 5 russian guys came over happy that they found a beach but saw the view turned around for leaving. Quess it was too scary for them lol.

You'll understand when you have a hyper active child that can dash away in two seconds and possibly get taken by a stranger or, hit by a swing, run into the road, drown in the lake or any other horrible tragedy.

You're a lucky man if that's the worse thing you've ever witnessed in your young life, Rowan. Good for you.

Me, worse thing I ever witnessed was the suffering my father went through and how indifferent the hospital staff was to him and all the other elderly sick, before he died. I even stopped them from giving him the wrong meds. The fact that he had a wonderful, independent 89 years prior to that one month is my comfort.

We have a beautiful beach here in Vancouver called Wreck beach. The sad part is that it's full of old wrinkly sun bathers and gay guys cruisin for sex.

In a dog collar and pet leash?
Or in one of those baby harnesses?

That awful to see a parent go through. I am sure one day I will be dealing it with it also. They need to vet nursing home workers better -- I heard some staff steals off the elderly residents too.

Teacher took his schoolbag and said he will get it back only with his parents. So kid grabed one lace of the bag while teacher were holding it and pulled from all his strenght. Kid was twice shorter than her and fight lasted for a while but in the end his explosive power did it.

More power to that kid -- some teachers can be pricks and unfairly pick on particular kids, so who knows the back story. I saw some shit horrible stories about teachers lately on the news.
