    Should I move on already?

I fell completely in love with a dancer at a club I frequent. We were together for about six months and I spent quite a bit of cash on her in that time period. Well, she quite dancing and obtained a "real" job. Now she wants nothing to do with me. :/ She's been gone for about a month and I've sent her a couple of messages via facebook that she has replied to. I'm beginning to wonder rather I should just start seeing another dancer, although I'm still smitten over my ex. It's conflicting because if I she ever starts dancing again and I've spent a bunch of money on another girl I'm going to feel horrible.

Why are you going to go from one dancer to another? These women aren't your girlfriends. They want your money, that's it. You're an idiot.

Man get a life. You arte sick. Everyone told you its all about money. Her battle hardened skin dont have conncetion with heart like you do. You were just one of the million while she was your everything. You remind me guy who fell in love with a pornstar. Your cases are similar cause both womans dont care and dont have idea about client secret love. Its just a job. Anyway stop being drama queen move on... to next stripper....

I'm an idiot but can you really blame me? I want to be in love with someone and share happiness/intimacy(persona l& physical) and they're there for that, and they're beautiful. At first I thought I was just in love with the girl but after she quit I realized I loved having someone I could be so open and so candid with who also happened to be very beautiful.

If you want someone to love you for you, STOP GOING TO STRIP CLUBS! You will not find love at a strip club, just the ILUSION of intimacy. Instead of spending your money on a "dancer", why don't you try going out and meeting real girls? Once you have a real girlfriend, you won't have to pay her to show you her boobs.. think about it..

Easier said than done...It seems like I want what I can't have, every girl who's attracted to me I don't feel particularly attracted to myself, and so I kinda trail off because the last thing I want to do is hurt somewhere as I have been there so many times myself. As for approaching girls, I live in a small town and don't get a lot of opportunity for, not to mention I find it difficult/awkward to just stroll up to a random girl and strike up conversation.

well, consider yourself warned. a dancer will never love you, they just love your money. but if you want to keep lying to yourself, do what makes you happy!

you weren't together and she's not your ex. She was just a dancer who gave you attention because you paid her to.

I promise she won't care if you spend money on other dancers.
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.

They're not there for that. They're there for money. YOU seem to be there for that, and they will give you whatever you want for your money.
