I stopped to think about something where I'm NOW on the side of a the majority: supporting Gay Marriage in Australia. I used to be part of the minority but society has been slowly changing it's view and has now been polled at over 50% support.
If I were to stop and reflect, it would be to think about how much my country has changed to become a more tolerant place. And I love it.
Though I suspect that isn't what Twain was getting at.Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.

I would have to say that I agree with MT there, because, nowadays, I mean, take a look at your average crowd. A lot of bad things going on,
and they are the majority. Sounds like the question your momma used to ask you: If everybody you knew jumped off a cliff, would you jump off too?
Mark Twain was a pretty interesting feller.No one is perfect, then again, in the 20th Century, no one thought space travel was real, so why not try.
