I have made a few threads about me and this girl. We split up after I said something hurtful. We have remained friends and she has forgiven me. The other day she said to me, we do boyfriend girlfriend things but we just don't have the title. I trust that you wouldn't cheat but I have trust issues now that I can tell you things without you spilling the beans

Why not propose to be BF/GF? If she says no, then you tell her to go find her trust somewhere else because you are not going to wait. You have better things to do.
