ok maybe this helps... im 16 also.. and yes my girlfriend also told me to do special things with her before.... heres some ideas us teens will like.

go shopping with her, then go eat somewhere nice, not formal not too cheap.. (not mcdonalds..) something maybe just a little above wat u would usually eat when u go up.. italian food? maybe? but before u go out and pick her up.. pick a flower for her. walk around after u eat.. bring money.. doesnt mean u have to buy expensive things.. buy little things she likes, but most likely she will bring her own money ( us teens poor u know ) but yea.. when u do go walk around, find something fun to do, take sticky pics (girls love that stuff) get her to play little games too. take her into a cute store and get her something cute. then take her home. walk around her neighborhood before bringing her home tho.(if she lives in a nice place) .. and then kiss her goodbye. u could go into her house if u want. and then what ever happens thats up to u. (remember dont screw up at last minute, because u had a great day so dont ruin it.)
