i don't even know if this works here, but my phone was acting slow on texting like the service was screwed up. so i took out my battery and put it back in and restarted my phone. i' have done it before and nothing bad has happened.
well this time all my texts messages were gone
i had over 5,000 texts between me and my girlfriend. not going to lie, i feel a bit sad about it

why so many? I think on my phone I have about five texts I saved for various reasons.
Also is it possible to transfer texts to another device? Like maybe save them on a memory card and have a backup on a computer?Always remember that YOU are the most important person in your world.

I will suggest (providing you HAVE a PC) Next time fwd your messages to your email. It's external and you can reopen and re-read them at anytime. These saved tests... so much.. takes a lot of memory from your phone drags your battery as well.
