When someone you thought and who said they were not interest in you, looks at you and when you smile at them they blush? What does tha mean?

It means the blood has rushed into their cheeks/face and made it appear a deeper shade of red. Oh... you meant what does it mean emotionally? I don't know, man. People blush for a variety of different reasons. Does this person smile and blush? That could maybe mean they are interested after all, but for whatever reason just told you they were not. Do they get a look of horror or frustration on their face and blush? That could possibly mean they are embarrassed by the attention you are giving them. Or can you not really read their expression? It is really hard for any of us to say without more evidence. I guess you will just have to continue to talk to them and see if it ever leads anywhere. If they already said they were not interested in you, I would personally not pursue them, and would instead allow them to make the first move, and move on if they did not. But, maybe that is just me.
