4 months on still bitching!!!

So it's now it 4 months on and I'm still ranting and bitching about my ex, I haven't had any contact since I told her to delete my number.

Following a poor attempt at hurting me and wanting attention. I am bored and tired of going over the same stuff in my head but for some reason it will not dissipate.

I am completely alone in my house which I don't think is helping, yes I am getting out doing stuff with friends, gym, interviews, walking the dogs, talking to other women.

Just to state a fact, this was my first ever real girlfriend in a real relationship. No idea if that means shit, only thing I know is a lobotomy is not on the cards.

Any advice, should I just write a letter saying how much of a dick she is, or an better ideas.

I think talking about it just makes it more bigger problem. You just keep remembering ex instead of forgeting and dont mentioning again. Breakups happen its not big of a deal. She was your first so first relationships always are doomed. You had no expierience didnt know what you are doing didnt understand girls so well and in the end it was just a girl. Theres milions of them.
