Nop havent tried it. But used soy protein together with whey about half on half. They actually benefit from eachother so didnt saw any diference between taking pure whey. However I think Pea protein is cheaper and you get what you pay for. Theres a reason its not so popular. Could be good addition when to soups thought.

    I'll take that challenge.

You think animal meat is the best protein? Where do animals get their protein from?

Is a cow's body better at protein synthesis than a human body?

The point still stands: there are many, many species of mammal out there that are capable of synthesizing protein without eating each other.

I'm not suggesting that non-meat sources are better; I'm saying that regardless of what it was originally, the protein gets dissolved into its amino acids before they get reassembled into a complete protein anyway, which would make them just as good as any other source.

Green salad contains whole protein as well just difference is you have to eat it 10 times more to get as much protein you get from meat(Meat contains 20g per 100g but salad 2g per 100g).

Capable of, and "easiest" are two different things. Know why legumes make you fart? I'll bet you do.
