Des she want to be more than friends...after 20 years?

Hi, I have a female friend whom I have known for along time and I am struggling to read the situation - is there more to it?!?

She was one of the group when we were younger who had no interest in me 'that way' as far as I was concerned. Lately we have been hanging out a lot more - going out to dinner just the two of us, walks etc. I have noticed her soften and be more open the more we see each other. She often makes comments that girls always look at me, like me - there have been also been compliments recently which I would never receive. I think she is great and fancy her, the last thing I want to do is spoil a friendship by making a mistake!
