I was seeing this guy for two months and then I had to move away for work and we both lost touch. I thought that he had his fun and was done with me so I decided not to text him. He's my first and I didn't want to seem like I got attached. The problem is that for the past two months he's all I thought about. It was his birthday recently so I texted him and he said he wants to see me. We met up and it turns out he thought I lost interest in him. We ended up having sex and then I told him how I was afraid of getting hurt because the last guy I liked told me he was single but turns out he wasn't. After I said this he told me how he's been dating someone but that they recently broke up. I told him if he likes her he should be with her, but he said he was done and listed out all the reasons. The next day he texts me saying he'll let me know when the dust settles because it's hard since they work together. Do you think I should just forget him or should I wait and see what happens?
