First of all mate, you don't plan to make her 'talk up'. If she likes you she will tell you. If you looking to speed up this process, try bringing it into conversation but slyly (we don't want to make it seem desperate). Talk about how you feel towards her, but not in a strong way otherwise you might lose her.
If you're aged 13-15 you might want to take it slow as you are only getting hormones now.
If you're aged 16-18 you might want to consider if you really like this girl.
If you're aged 18+ you might want to give me advice xD
Just take it slowly, and don't have a inital plan. Keep talking to her and take to her interests and when you think you're ready, express you feelings to her and see if she likes you back. Hope the advice helped. (ps. how do I make a thread?)
I would say just be yourself anything extra is pointless because its not really you, I would just let her know how you feel and if she feels the same she will let you know either way youwill know atleast where she stands with you rather she is looking for commitment or just a friend
No More Worries
Be quite cheeky and flirty but don't do it in an obnoxious way. Be clear you want more than friendship basically. If your too friendly then you'll get friendzoned and there is slim hope of escaping that area. Just simply ask her out on a date and see how it goes from there. At the end of the day she either says yes or no, if it's a no then there are many many many more fish in the sea so don't worry about it
Just ask her out, show you have an interest and plan something special for you and her to do together, make an effort and she will appreciate it more.
