Hey guys, i know this guy through some organisation and we have known each other for about 2 years. It was recently, this few months we start to get close. He started being touchy when we go out ( just touch my thigh and waist). Is this normal? And we have a age gap of 12 years. He did say he is interested in me, but also stated we can never be together due to our position in the organisation and age gap.
Since he stated that we can never be together , why is he then doing all this things then?
