Do the bums prank on girls in U.S (or your country)?

Hi. I am from Australia and here it's so rampant to see a bum prank on a girl out on the streets of Sydney. I was just wondering if It's rife too in U.S for girls to get pranked by those naughty boys.
Also, sometimes Australian boys here chase a girl (in streets) to force them to accept their friendship proposition!!!
Is this the same in U.S or your country?

No, homeless could be jailed for that form of harassment, unless they are looking to be jailed and housed for free and no longer be homeless for awhile?

What does bum mean to you, to me it means homeless person?

What does prank mean to you, to me it means harass or bother?
