Off today so just finished eating my breakfast because I slept in

I took the whole morning off because felt ill..have to jump on over after lunch unfortunately and stay and hour later as well... so decided to feed my illness with a couple of scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast and marmalade and some almond milk strawberries oatmeal.
