I was laughing at what gigabitch said and it made me think about it. I was also assuming that gigabitch was only joking about your sore throat being a sexual injury, which when posed as a joke did seem funny. Again, I'm sorry if I offended you. I find your openness concerning sexual matters quite refreshing and was not trying to poke fun at that fact.

I'll also add that diet plays an important role in one's mental well being too. If you constantly are stuffing your child with candy, soda, and other unhealthy foods it will affect their behavior too. That's when being a good parent comes in too. Sometimes (well most of the time actually) you have to just say "no" when a child wants a bunch of sugar or fatty food (ie candy, or mcdonald's). I've seen people say "well, I just can't say no and let little johnny start crying". I swear I wanted to punch them in the face and call child services for being so weak. People have to remember that children are just that, children. They don't know how things work, or why you should or shouldn't do other things. Being the adult means doing whats best for the child (not simply caving in to them or not actually addressing problems yourself).

Well I already posted a thread about it a while ago, and I shouldn't have to convince her. I got some decent advice and am working on that right now, so there isn't much point in derailing this thread by turning it into another one about my problems. I just wanted to state that it happened today to vent because it did REALLY annoy me, especially when I see beautiful women all day long.

My boss is out for the afternoon AGAIN. She's a control freak and won't let anyone else do anything important, then complains when the work isn't getting done even though it's her own fault.

That's when you have a candid discussion with her boss with specific examples and resolutions that may include dividing her power among others or replacing her. I did it and earned myself a new company position and a crew of three people. My supervisor ended up working under ME, it was awesome! Especially since he was an egotistial, lazy, jerk. As long as you do it in a calm, professional manner and use specific examples, have proof of what you say, and a plan to resolve the problem (that benefits the company) it should go well.
