if you scroll over that little icon at the right hand side of the new post page (it looks kind of like a lock?) for this thread, it says "fiery buttocks".
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I tried my hardest and completely failed to sleep last night. I had a couple decent hours where I felt like I was on the verge of sleep, but I just couldn't kick it into hibernation. Involuntary overnight consciousness sucks.

^^ pour yourself a 6oz glass of whiskey, and drink it down as fast as possible.

Ditto. I woke up at 3AM and had to pee. Damn UTI's. All in all I don't feel great because of that but with no sleep to boot I'm a walking zombie.
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
    blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
    A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
    Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
    Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?

At least you got like an hour or two. I couldn't manage to fall asleep until 7 AM the night before that, either. I'm worried I may need a new insomnia prescription.

Yeah, I can't imagine NO sleep. I'd go crazy. What do you currently use for sleep meds?

Yea as usual I didn't sleep either...does this site attract insomniacs?
Completely baffled by a backward indication
That an inspired word will come across your tongue
Hands moving upward to propel the situation
    Have simply halted
    And now the conversation's done

Scheduled medications I've determined to be ineffective on me: clonidine, trazadone. I want to ask for Lunesta, but I've heard it impairs cognitive function.

I LOVED Lunesta. I had more issue with cognitive function with Ambien.

I didn't have any luck with Trazadone either.

All I need is sex to knock me out for eight hours. Does it every time.

I'm annoyed that my car is ancient and I can't afford a new one.

Its crazy how a bladder infection can go from annoying to unbearable. While I was waiting for my prescription to be filled I was looking at the greenhouse across the street for Mother's Day gift. The urge to pee hits and its like, "Oh my god. I must pee. NOW!!!" I hauled ass to my car and half way there just about thought **** it, I'm just going to pee my pants. I'll never make it. I'm wearing black baggy sweats, no one will know. But then I woudln't have been able to live with myself.
