Since I was given a free day off, I was able to attend my first quinceanera, for my housekeeper's daughter. It was nice! I was a little surprised to see that Hispanics at these events are less inclined to dance than Jews at a b'nai mitzvah, though. Also, the religious portion of the event was done in Spanish, so I had no idea what they were talking about. But the mother was so happy and proud of her daughter - she was beaming the whole time.

They are awesome, something really nice to have in your kitchen. You could use it in baby steps. Just try it out on the weekends, when you are home to make sure everything is ok. I've never had an issue but I can see where you'd be concerned. Its nice to just throw stuff in there and not have to fuss over the stove/oven every so often.
