what bugged me is him saying - he hopes that he doesn't have to. It really annoys how little time and responsibility most fathers give their kids.

Whoa whoa whoa ... You're making it out like I'm saying I don't want to take care of my baby ... EVER. To take a phrase and twist its context is a bit out of line ... I merely stated that I hope I don't have to babysit the whole time, thus missing out on meeting up with Illusional ONCE for the first time ...

In any case, my remark has nothing to do with my commitment as a father or how much I'll care for her. I just hope that I have someone to watch my girl for a couple of hours as I go to meet a buddy.

And for the record, I'm gonna be an awesome father.

Got this after ... I'm enjoying it quite nicely. I have a lot of support from my legion of friends and family. So, she'll be taken care of quite nicely and I am excited to hold her up in front of everyone like Simba in the "Lion King." haha ...

My father on the other hand picked me up every weekend without fail and has always provided direction and worthwhile advice.

Anyway, I asked because I wanted to know whether or not these fathers are related to you, or if they have eastern european roots so I can make more outrageous generalizations about russians.
