holy shit... 140?? it doesn't really help because i'm a skinny asian and that is MY weight.

honestly i'd take a small titties skinny girl any day over a fat big boobie girl. but that's just my preference.

Hell, 140? No wonder you like smaller women... Bulk up like men are supposed to. When you hit 185... 190... then you'll see why thick is nice.

bulk up?? no matter how much i lift i don't gain the kind of weight that you would. the good thing is that i won't get fat.

190?! That depends on his height. I like my men thin, toned, and muscular...of course it is not necessary but it is nice.

I'm 5'11"... 185-190 is a good weight. You've got to remember that muscle weighs more than fat.

    I prefer thick, muscular men.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I know muscles weigh more than fat...I was imagining 190lbs on a 5'5" frame. 190lbs on 5'11" is about the same as 140lbs-150lbs on 5'5". A 5'5" 190lbs would be overweight to me. I know a bodybuilder around 5'6" who was 150lbs of pure muscles hehe..The doctors said he had almost no body fat and his body deposited only a small amount in his thigh for proper bodily funictions . He weighs a little more now I think.

Anything less than 6% body fat is considered unhealthy.

Isn't that for male athletes? I vaguely recall that under 2% is dangerous because you need at least 2 or 3% for proper bodily functions (for males..not women..I think they need much more like 10 or so %?

Essential fat is 2-5% for men and 10-13% for women, though you don't want to push it to the absolute extreme. 6% and over is the ideal for men.

The actual recommended amount for men is 8-14% and 20-25% for women.

I am sure he is now in the 8-14% range but very muscular. Wow, we women need alot of fat, lol. It's understandable.

There's a fine line between being honest and being hurtful. I think he crossed it.
