No but really Lucas, if you want to know what the "right" thing to do here is... its to break things off with Emily.
Cheating on her is a pretty shitty thing to do, and you know it. But, whats worse, is you are keeping her roped into a relationship with YOU. YOU, the guy that is going around ****ing someone else, is keeping your girlfriend as a convenience tool.
