What should I do...? I don't really have the time/money to go there and when i do make time and money he doesn't seem so willing to let me stay at his place for a week. Maybe he feels he doesn't know me well enough...

He doesn't want to let you stay there because he has somebody else. Maybe it's just his ex or maybe there are even more girls you don't even know about.

This guy sounds like bad news. I think you should stay away from him.
