I never lived in the dorms. How many guys are you going to be sharing with?

Oh, and btw, you MUST get some flip-flops. You don't want to be going around barefoot there. You'll get foot-cooties.
    i have flippers.

there is some kind of way around it. i think the floor is broken down into 4 sections, so probably 25 or something like that. there is a lot of kids that go here.

i should take a shower at 4 in the morning. haha, nobody will be in there then.

i am happy that the showers are not like concentration camp/holocaust type. there were a few colleges i visited that had those.

That's true, 'wing. Enough beer, and you won't care about showering in front of others. In fact, you might even go to class naked.

i highly doubt that you'll die from alcohol poisoning. you're talking to an alcoholic who doesn't remember how he got home half of the time because he has drank too much alcohol in one sitting and is still here to talk about his incidents.

ah, it's no wonder you can't sleep, then.

seriously though, get flip flops. Do you know what lives on the permanently damp floors of shower rooms? I got warts on my feet once and was told it was probably from going to the swimming pool, even thought they have a footbath there.
I'm telling you, wear the flip flops... or those rubber clog things. anything.

the other thing is.. and I learned this from experience-- invest in good food. There are frozen meals that are great, fast, and are ALSO free of preservatives and excessive sodium. That's soooo much better than microwaved ramen with no nutritional value whatsoever and probably full of MSG.

Well I think you said your stamina is really jacked so this might not work...But back when I was a big caffeine drinker I had a similar problem. What I did was I did some stairs. You basically run up and down a flight of stairs 10 or more times. Then go lie down. If 10 isn't enough add more. It takes a couple seconds or so to run up and down the flight of stairs. About a half hour or so after the stairs your body should be tired depending on your physical condition.

If your a runner or an athlete then it might not even fatigue you. But if your having a lot of difficulty and its causing problems its worth a shot. In my humble opinion.
