    Actually.

    In never experiencing love.

I would thus be ignorant to the pain of losing it.

Just because one doesn't experience love doesn't mean they'll be sorrowful for the rest of their life.

Do you think it's best to have loved and lost? Than to have never loved at all?

    My answer?

I would rather have never loved at all.
I agree with you. Its only better to have loved and lost when you actually got to taste the pie. I have loved and only felt heart ache to try to grasp it. Its better to never love then to love and not get the person. If your going to have a chance to get WITH the person then hell....why not...even if it is just for the one month of sex lol.

Everyone----When you're in love with someone, you could as easily fall out of love. Being in love seems so airy-fairy. Transient.
When you love someone, it may be one way, but you give your love freely, not asking anything in return. Ah well, that's my definition.

Unusual comment coming from you! :-D

Frasbee---"....loved and lost, than never to have loved at all".

Too many feelings involved, the loss is painful. Still, life is an experience. So in this instance I'de go with the pain, just to say I've been there done that.

I know they don't, but you missed the point of the quote. I understand what your saying, I'm jsut saying having experienced it...I never regret it.

    It's not really about regret.

I mean I doubt that most people who've fallen out of love ever really regret it.

Least I don't think I would if I experienced it.

I would just rather skip the pain and drama if it were possible.

I'd rather be doin' other stuff than feelin' sorry for myself.
