I made these Sirloin steaks recently that were absolutely delicious. Everyone was surprised at how good it came out. Especially considering how simple it is.

I make some mean pizza, everyone loves it. I used this recipe for the dough and how to cook:

Only things I change is that I take the dough split it in half and make two pizzas that are thin crust. I also use a bit more olive oil for taste.
The sauce is my own recipe and it's delicious and rich in flavor. Too lazy to get out the recipe.
I can call and order a mean pizza.
"Why are you an atheist?"
"because I paid attention in science class."
being italian and all i mean its obvious which meal i make best, SPAGHETTI... all types of pasta dishes but my favourite would have to be my bolognaise. i cant post my recipe because it's my nonna's past time recipe and its sacred hehe.

Let me know how it goes. The recipe will depend on volume, so don't be afraid to add more green curry or peanut butter. Wait until after you add the mango, tho & let it simmer a while before adjusting.
Oh, I forgot to mention. Serve this w/steamed coconut rice. Just substitute 1/2 the water for coconut milk.
Creamy Chicken Pasta: (I stopped making this two months back because it's too delicious and I couldn't stop eating it in unhealthy amounts, eat it no more than once a week)
1. Put pasta into boiling water to cook
2. Slice chicken breast into small pieces and throw them onto the frying pan
3. When almost ready throw in thinly sliced mushrooms, pepper and garlic chives
4. When all of the above are cooked add creamy mushroom sauce, cream and a bit of mozarella cheese (until it melts) and simmer for 5 minutes
5. Throw all of the above on a plate with cooked pasta and add parmesian cheese on top.

I'm going to make that next week, Mish. Sounds like it would go great w/asparagus.
Radicchio Chicken in penne with Balsalmic vinegar; sounds complicated, but it's really easy.
I serve this with a side of cous-cous cooked with thyme, sage, basil, and chopped tomatoes. Boil with chicken broth for flavor. As a second side: grilled tomatoes dressed with mozarella, a bit of garlic, and parsley.
For appetizer: green grapes with stone crackers and brie cheese.
I've never used the creamy mushroom soup so I'm not sure how it will turn out. I use the creamy mushroom sauce from a jar, you can find it ussually next to all the pasta sauces in the shopping centre (Coles or Woolies). The ratio I use is ussually 1:1 with the cream (not too much though or it will be too runny, best to go by look and taste). Hope you like it, this combination makes pasta very self indulgent
P.S. Garlic chives are these long thin green things you can find at the markets. There are two types I think, I go for the longer / thicker ones without leaves. Chop it into little pieces, it adds a really nice taste.

I made curry this evening. It had cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and ground turmeric in it, among other things. And it was spicy as hell!
I've had a cold the last couple of days and I swear it cleared my sinuses. Is there any scientific truth to that? Or was it just a coincidence?
