I have been doing that since the breakup. Its worked for moving on, but not worked for this. Of course i'll be fine. Its just annoying and i had to tell someone.

Also, maybe try going a day without masturbating. I know it's probably a horrid idea to you and you probably consider it physically impossible. Exercise more, drain yourself physically and maybe the urge will decrease.

Thats okay I guess its something im just going to have to tough it out through. I have suffered addiction before, and that is the only feeling i can relate this naggin feeling to, i overcame that though, so i know i can do this too and i am doing good so far. I am honestly *drained* by the time im home, 9 hours of cleaning, lifting etc takes it out of me like no other job iv had and i still feel up for it. LOL I have gone days without masterbating and i survive, but its still always on my mind. Lord help me. lol
