That may not work. Cops typically get over-time pay (2.5) to show for court. At our court the minimum OT the get just for showing to court is 4 hours. Thats 4 hours of OT pay..some good incentive to show.

I would submit a Trial by Written Declaration..cops don't get paid OT to submit paperwork...and just to let you know cops hate paperwork.

and if there ever is a next time in your written dec. ask that the officer present the court with "proof of calibration" for his radar, as part of his prima facie case....if he doesn't show it..move to dismiss the case.

A topless instructor? lol I know of defensive driving being taught by stand up comedians, but not the other!

That would be awesome! Never heard of that, but I did have a stand-up comedian for driving school a few yrs back. It still kinda sucked, but was much, much better than it could have been.
