If she is happy, is using protection, and is open with the guys she is sleeping with that they are not exclusive then ...what is the problem? That type of behavior is not for everyone, but if she is willing to accept the potential health risks and is having a good time more power to her.

However, if she is acting out sexually in an unsatisfying way, or is engaging in behavior about which she late feels ashamed then it sounds like she has some deeper issues going on. Is this a sudden change for her? Is she drinking more than usual?
