Moving on is the only way to possibly make her want you. Not a guarantee, but showing her that you don't care anymore, is your only shot at this point.

Call her back, and ask her why she called you. After she finishes with her BS, tell her that you'd rather not talk anymore unless she wants to try dating you, then tell her you have to go and hang up.

You can say you learned to stop thinking about a girl who doesn't come to meet you on your level. You want a relationship and she does not. if a girl gives you any kind of run around you move on. Be her friend and meet other women
through her perhaps?
