I sleep in Amy's room, but I still have my own separate room that I pay rent for. We've turned it into a pseudo storage room, we keep our bikes in there, and Nic keeps his extra belongings in there, and I keep my copper in there. So Amy really can't say shit about it even if she felt compelled to, because it's my room.
I've been shadily taking it for months, but then the forman, and HIS boss just gave me 15 pounds on Thursday, which means, I really didn't have to be sneaking around at all. It's common for the helpers/apprentices to be given the scrap wire. I still gotta work for it, the majority of it isn't even stripped out of it's sheathing when I get it, so I have to go home and strip it.
EDIT: The idiots that try to steal copper from energized wires are idiots. Then again, they're the people that dropped out of highschool and have no sense of electricity or circuitry. That juice is still flowin' behind that switch.
