Yeah I believe that is illegal. But then you'd still have the folks that simply never got tested and don't know for sure... *shrug*

yeah but what good will taking them to court do you if you already have the std then? As blue toxin says, yes it would be kind of a turn off to ask about testing right when you're just starting to date. That'd make me think he's just after sex. maybe you could simply explain that you don't want to cast the wrong impression but you just have a policy of testing both parties when entering any romantic relationship.
