29/2=14.5
14.5+5=19.5
Divide their age by 2, then add 5, that is the general rule, though it doesn't work for under 10s.
If you are over the age of 19.5 then you have a chance, though by the sounds of things you should not go for this guy. If you are under 19.5 just stay away entirely.
