True that; and no peanuts until after they're two.

I can't use that nose sucker thing; use Children's tylenol at night and keep her elevated, ,put something smal under the crib mattress. Not too steep or she'll just slide down.

Ahh..they told me awhile back to use the purple triaminic at night and then use a humidifier as well which I did. I have used tylenol but she doesn't act as though she has an ear infection..like she's not pulling at her ear or antyhing..she's just really whiney and fussy about ehr cough and stuff.

Then they told me to try benadryl on her and that didn't work either..so we are now on Amoxicillan and claritin D as well as triaminic at night!

And yes she sleeps with a pillow elevated on her toddler bed!!!

I was a bad mommy. I gave my kids honey, peanut butter and strawberries before they were two because I never heard I wasn't supposed to. However, I cut their grapes and cherry tomatoes in half until they were in like the 4th grade! (choking hazard)

They just found out about the honey thing like a few years ago. I give my daughter strawberries but they are cut up My daughter loves any food you put in front of her unless you give her chicken noodle soup when she's not sick..

LOL... speaking of that my daughter is having bad seperation anxiety from me right now when I go anywhere or even leave the room. And when she's sick it's ten times as bad...she won't even sit with her father, she has to be glued to my hip at all times. You can only imagine what the past month has been like for me!!!!!!!

If you introduce strawberries too early in your kids diet, it can lead to eczema.
