ok, i just saw the pic, and i have GOT IT!

short looks great on you. you have the face for short hair. and not too many chicks can pull that off!

here is my VISION: short straight hair, 'tucked behind the ears'...

the colour is fantastic, so i hope you don't mess with that

i'm not an expert on hair, but you should have it 'curled' so it goes 'behind' the ears, and then, toward the back, it curls down a bit. (not curly, as in the way it is 'now' - but curly, as in ONE 'slight' curl).

but it will look much better on YOU rather than the hoe in the pic
