Oh Tone, that's so brotherly-sounding of you. I mean, geeze, you barely knew him.

    ha. ha.

It surprises me how upset I am and all the crying, etc. Because I definitely could have guessed I'd be sad. But the crying and the big sense of loss is really upsetting to me.
this sounds so very similar to my own situation, you almost made me cry.
some days ago it would have, actually. but the good news is, the periods you'll be really upset about it will get shorter and shorter as time passes.

Oh, that's okay, the levity is appreciated. I do that too "hmm, the more I"m thinking". Ah, girls.

Thanks, Alice, always good to be reminded of that. Today is a good day. I'm not exactly sure why, probably cuz I was just so so blue yesterday and such a crybaby. Also it is Friday.

Rosebud - I'm not sure how final everything is. It just felt very final when I saw him the other night. Of course, then I think sometimes....well it can't just be over. Jeeze. I'll admit this isn't entirely without history. We've had hiccups before, after which we've moved in a forward direction.

    Who knows.

For at least the next week, I need to just focus on studying, studying.

I'll see what happens from there.

I'm sure I'll feel in the dumps again...but for the moment I feel much more relaxed and not so weepy and that is a very good thing. Thanks for helping me through a particularly low day.

clynn, just move on instead of thinking "it just can't be over." I know, easier said than done.

    Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

Thanks, Lloyd. Course it is always easier said than done. But always needs to be said!

Don't worry. I'm not spending too much time in that thought. Be honest though - we all have to go through our processes and I don't intend to contact him or to take action to change anything.

As I'm sucking it up and moving onwards....part of that reflection process may mean me wondering, what if? or how come?

But sooner or later there'll be less questions, and more resolve. And regardless....I'll just keep trucking along.

I had a brilliant time. Part of me wonders if I shouldn't be doing this because I have feelings for him. On the other hand...???? it does feel like a different angle on the whole relationship front.

And, at least for now, he isn't dating anybody.
