If the bunny would heal instantly, you can not kill it or eat it because it would be alive and fine. There would be no point in stabbing the bunny for those reasons. The only reason I can think of for stabbing the bunny within these circumstances is if one enjoys the act of stabbing bunnies in the face. Furthermore, I have a few reasons why someone would enjoy that act. One, he/she may have anger management problems and needs a bunnies face to destroy as a venting tool. Two, he/she may be a psychotic killer. Three, he/she may have had some type of hatred towards the bunny species because of a childhood incident that sparked fear.
From my analysis, I conclude that I do not like stabbing bunnies in the face because I have not thought of any valid reason for me to do so.
