Good Idea?
I don't think it is a good idea, but then again, when I have broken things off with men, I really meant it. Hearing something like that ^ would either irritate me or make me roll my eyes because I would see it as a manipulation attempt and as an example of how the guy really didn't give a damn about how I felt. It is all about him and what he wants.
But maybe this girl is more patient than I am...
Really, I think you should try to keep your dignity intact and just learn to accept that things are over. Most of us go through this sort of thing at one time or another, and yes, it sucks royally, but we all get through it, and you will, too. You just have to be willing to move on and stop obsessing.
