Thought I'd leave a little update. Nothing really significant, but I finally confessed everything about me and Amy to one of our team mates. If you didn't already know, me and Amy were on a team this past year and romance among the team was frowned upon so we kept it a secret.

Now while I thought what we did was obvious, apparently we did a pretty damn good job at keeping the suspicions low. Manda, who is pretty keen on that kind of stuff never came up with any serious suspicions about us. But things made more sense to her after I made the confession.

She was pretty encouraging. I mean there's really no reason for her not to be considering we're done with AmeriCorps. That's one of the things I've found silly about this so far, is that we still tend to keep this a secret when it doesn't really need to be.

Yeah, her and Amy took a while to warm up to eachother, there was nothing bad between them, but both are pretty reserved, and so they didn't interact much with eachother until the very end, but they got along very well.

I got a long with most everybody.

Plus to let you in on a bit of Manda's history, she's managed to maintain a long distance relationship with her boyfriend the past two years, so she exactly wouldn't be in the position to be discouraging, in that aspect at least.

Haha.. I've been at a place like this, and there was in fact a convention where everybody met in real life. It was really cool, and we all had a blast.

Well, I think another one of the strange things would be is the difference in age.

Now, here on the forums, we all share at least this one similar interest, that of the various topics under the major topic of "love and attraction".

But what else do we all really have in common?

My daily life involves playing videogames whether on the console or PC, drivin' around Philly or Abington, doing volunteer work, tossing the frisbee with my friends, or eating cheesesteaks. Outside of discussing videogames with my friends I aspire to purchasing a handgun or at least a rifle of the semi-automatic variety, I don't like most political parties, I think and have always thought Iraq was a mistake, I'm prejudiced towards certain groups of people but still can't stand it when my friend refers to all blacks as niggers, and am lost as to whether it's appropriate to tuck my pants into my boots now that I'm in a position of responsibility. And I hate it when people are afraid to say what they think of me to my face. Say it to my god damn face you pussy, and you better be ready to take what you dish out 'cause I haven't taken shit from anybody, least of all my bosses.
